Phase Technologies, LLC is proud to support American manufacturing and infrastructure through full compliance with the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA). As a U.S.-based manufacturer, our products are designed, engineered, and assembled at our facility in Rapid City, South Dakota.

The BABA program, established under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), requires that all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in federally funded infrastructure projects be produced in the United States. At Phase Technologies, we meet these requirements with confidence.
