Register for the Phase University Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) School.

Travel / Flights:
You or your company are responsible for any travel or flight costs to/from Rapid City, SD.
Class begins with a meet-and-greet on Monday evening and concludes with a night in Deadwood on Wednesday evening. We recommend planning on
arriving in Rapid City on Monday before 5pm and departing on Thursday. See the full schedule of events

Hotel Reservations:
Each attendee is responsible for his or her own hotel room accommodation.
We have simply blocked a set of rooms for the class; you will need to make your reservation.
To properly make your reservation, call Sette Zacarias with The Rushmore Hotel in Rapid City at 402-341-0278,
and she will handle your booking directly.
Please specify that you are in the Phase University October 26-28th class. This will allow you to access the discounted rate.
NOTE:
Registration is not complete until you hit the "SUBMIT" button at the very bottom left of the registration form. Upon completion of this form,
you will be sent a payment link (please allow 48 hours for us to enter your information and send you the link).
The deposit payment is due within 3 business days of receiving the payment link.
Upon verification of class attendance your deposit will be refunded, or it can be applied to the purchase of any Phase product.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS:
All cancelations before 30 days of the start of class will receive a full refund. To cancel please email marketing@phasetechnologies.com.
If you do not cancel within 30 days of the start of class and/or do not attend this training, your deposit will be forfeited,
and you will not receive any refund or credit towards your account.
